The question of the day is, what are Arab nations going to do with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's implementation of President Trump's plan of forcing people out of both Gaza and the West Bank? It seems for now that Arab countries are more talk than they are action. What we mean by this is that ever since President Trump brought the plan to “relocate” Palestinians from their homes, which was an open secret, all Arab nations in West Asia have denounced the idea of such. While Arab nations denounced the removal of Palestinians from their homes, they have not made any security plans to not only secure Palestinians who have returned to their homes, nor have the surrounding Arab countries created any plans to include the use of military force to stop America and Israel from displacing Palestinians to neighboring Arab countries.
Another question that's on the minds of people all over the world is: “Are Arab countries weak when it comes to protecting the lives of Arabs within the region?”. Many people think so with the exception of Ansarullah, who in fact gave not only the Americans hell in the Gulf of Aden, but they raised hell against the United Kingdom, and Israel as well. Outside of that, Arab countries such as Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Lebanon, Kuwait, Türkiye, and Iraq have been silent. When it comes to Egypt, talks regarding Israel and Palestine have been held in Cairo, but that's all it's been - “talk”.
Speaking of Cairo, Israel has also begun to allege that Egypt has been saturating the Sinai Peninsula with their military, which is strange because the Sinai Peninsula belongs to Egypt, so they can do that. Egypt's response to Israel's claim is that it was beefing up its military forces in the area to combat extremism operating there. How true that Egypt's claim is turns out to be highly subjective. But the one thing the world knows is that Israel, more specifically Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will say and do anything to keep conflict in the region going –even to the extent of creating a false flag incident and false claims. This is especially true in the case of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who will be facing the Israel criminal justice system as soon as his genocidal war is over.
The last time any Arab country openly fought against Israel was just after World War 2 in between the years of 1948-1949. The Arab countries that were involved were Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt. The animosity and geo-political tension were never resolved in the region, thus these tensions brought about the Suez Canal incident, then it led to what is known today as the “Six-day War”, then there was the Yom Kippur War, then to two wars being fought in Lebanon, than to the Hamas's counter punch to Israel on October 7th in 2023.
The situation that the world is watching unfold in not only Palestine but the whole of West Asia stems from Israel being an agitator in the region. They simply do not belong there. But again, what are Arab countries going to do about it? At this current stage, the answer appears to be nothing. But whether Arab countries do something or not, the world is watching.
