Bringing you more of the Black Business Expo that was held at the George R. Brown Convention Center located in Downtown Houston. Here are some more Black Businesses from not only from the State of Texas, but also from around the country that represented their businesses to the fullest and profited not only from the exposure while at the Black Business Expo; but these businesses gained heavily from obtaining more leads, followers and most importantly sales. Moreover, we appreciated the fact that these businesses are professionally managed and approached the free market in a manner that is set up for their businesses to be scaled (growth).
We at VEDA Magazine encourage all Black and Minority Owned Businesses to take every opportunity within their grasp to get maximum exposure for their businesses. Now one thing that we must point out is that the majority of businesses that attended the Black Business Expo were spearheaded by women. Moreover, a few of these businesses were spearheaded by mother-daughter teams. So, what this means is that more and more women are entering the entrepreneurship arena. There are so many grants and federal funding available for Black Female Owned Businesses, again we recommend that if you’re a woman, take the time to apply for these funds.
