The tit-for-tat retaliatory strikes that are being exchanged between Israel and Ansuallah, Hamas, and Hezbollah will do nothing but escalate the war in West Asia, but it will significantly lengthen the shelf-life of the war to the point that it will become a “Forever War”. These Forever Wars not only accomplish nothing, but it also plays an invisible but monumental role in widening the gap between the rich and the poor because of how a war economy operates. When it comes to war, many people fail to consider the economic impact that it has on the world stage. In addition to that, war ultimately destroys the already fragile diplomatic relationships between countries that can and will last for decades to come.
In the case of West Asia, even though Israel will fail at winning its three-front war against Hamas, Ansuallah, and Hezbollah, regardless of how much money and weapons the United States provides at the end of the day, it’s safe to say that if Israel continues its current trajectory there will be no Israel. The reason for this is because with each genocidal action Israel engages in over time, not only backs Iran into a corner, but forces Iran to eventually have to respond. Keep in mind that without the United States and the Collective West artificially propping up Israel.
With Israel continuously conducting assignation missions on foreign sovereign soil, it will only embolden people who have been adversely impacted by Israel’s campaign of genocide. In other words, Israel has failed to learn from the failures of the United States in West Asia. After America's failed 20-year war in West Asia against the Taliban, ISIS (former Mujahideen), Al-Nusra, and Al-Qaeda amongst others, it looks like Israel is headed down the same path. This leads us to the question of the day: “Is Israel too big to fail?”.
Of course, the international community knows that Israel is a small country roughly about the size of New Jersey. But small or not, it is America's eyes and ears in the region. Moreover, one could take the position that America simply cannot allow Israel to fail. Thus, America is highly compelled to back Israel in whatever it does in the region whether America agrees with Israel’s actions or not. What’s hard for many American politicians to swallow is that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu knows this and uses this to his advantage. We are saying this because under the dire circumstances that Israel finds itself in, you would be hard pressed to find any world leader engaging in the type of behavior that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is engaging in. In fact, if any world leader were to conduct themselves like this, the world would call them stupid, reckless, and irresponsible.
To date, because Israel is too big to fail, America has provided well over $25 billion in assistance and military aid to Israel alone. Israel knowing that America has pledged an “ironclad” commitment to them, gives Israel the “green light” to do whatever it wants in the region. This makes America complicit in the actions of Israel, hence America makes itself a prime target for retaliation in both the region and abroad. Bear in mind that the Arab fighters in the region do not fear death for the most part and based their actions on the will of God. This is something to think about as America continues to militarily back Israel.
