Taraji P. Henson On Men Being Ran Through

Written by Michael Thervil

Says the woman who is 53 years old who qualifies as being classified as “Goodwill Clothing” on the Sexual Marketplace according to Kevin Samuels. If keeping a man was a full-time job, Taraji P. Henson would be in the unemployment line. But never mind what the vast majority of men think when they see here – but the craziest part about her comments was when she hinted at the suggestion that the love of her life might not even be in America, but the question that many men are asking is: “In what country are men lining up to marry an overweight 53-year-old Black American Woman?” This logic is especially true when in places such as Russia, China, and Brazil.

However as hopeless and seemingly delusional women like Taraji P. Henson may seem to be there are many women in America who share the same position that she does. That position is: being unmarried with a child with no man in sight, still thinking that they “got it” and can get a quality man anytime they want to. It is our position at VEDA Magazine that men need to stop lying to women – especially women that fall into the same categories Mary. J. Blige and Taraji P. Henson. What made matters worse was when American Singer Mary J. Blige stated: "Straight up and down. There's a shortage."

If you don’t know she was talking about, she was referring to a shortage of men. However, when it comes to available single men with no children the numbers in America provide another insight that both Mary J. Blige and Taraji P. Henson were missing; and that is: over half of the men in the United States are single and childless and have reached the Middle Class. Unfortunately for many women such as Taraji P. Henson – men that have reached the Middle Class will never be seen as “Good enough” in her eyes.

But let’s be honest here, what man of quality is looking to get serious in any capacity with an overweight, 53-year-old woman who’s way past her prime, and appears to be harden and jaded by life; when he can get fresh, young 18–25-year-old woman of healthy weight and equal attitude that’s willing to get on his agenda and who doesn’t constitute as a “Relationship War Vet” with mental and emotional health issues? It’s time that both Mary J. Blige and Taraji P. Henson and women who fit into their category face the fact that they more than likely had great men in their lives at some point, and they squandered their opportunity at a lifetime of marriage and happiness with that man because they choose to “overlook” them for whatever reason (thinking they had time and could do better).

If any young women are reading this, take notes and don’t follow the path of these older washed-up women. Find a husband while you’re young as that’s the best you’re going to look in your lifetime. Also keep in mind that as a woman, when you hit the age of 28 – you start your decline in the Sexual Marketplace. Ladies, time is not on your side; hence time is against you. Therefore, Father Time is against you. The preverbal “wall” is real and is not to be ignored. If you do choose to ignore these facts – you will most definitely find yourself in the same shoes as Mary J. Blige and Taraji P. Henson, and these facts hit even harder if you’re an American Black Woman.
