THE GLOBAL ORDER HAS SHIFTED - MULTIPOLARITY

With so many changes happening around the world, the one change that no one can ignore is the shift in the global order from a unipolar to a multipolar one. For many countries around the world, this marks the era of a new beginning. For countries that fall into this category, it’s not a time to simply reflect on how the world used to operate, but now is the time for them to embrace optimism and seize the opportunity to conduct diplomatic relations, international trade, and improve the quality of life for their citizens. For America and the Collective West, in the wake of the shift of the global order, it’s a time to hold on to and double down on their core beliefs of maintaining world dominance and superiority over developing nations.

While it is true London and the whole of the United Kingdom has fallen, it’s equally safe to say, if America doesn’t learn from the past and current mistakes of the United Kingdom, it too will find itself sharing the same fate as the U.K. For President Donald Trump, there are many geopolitical analysts that believe he understands this – yet he remains pigeonholed by the talking points and ideals of the previous world order. With the talks of America potentially breaking away from NATO and possibly forming a commonwealth with Britain it demonstrates President Trump's motivation to pull America away from “what it has been” into “what it needs to be” to not only survive but remain relevant within the new global multipolar order.

However, it seems as if for every step forward President Trump takes, there is the hidden hand of global forces that will take him back a couple of steps. What we are speaking about here are the likes of Israel, blowback from the Ukraine-Russia war, the trafficking of narcotics and rampant drug addiction amongst the citizens of America, America’s payroll obligations to the both Muslim and Arab countries, the dilapidation of American infrastructure, the intercultural fighting within America, and of course the decaying of diplomatic relationships with other countries that seem to be on the brink of total destruction. Two of the most notable decaying diplomatic relationships lie between America’s bordering neighbors Mexico and Canada.

The unipolar world order meant only America and the Collective West were the only countries that mattered; clearly that’s no longer the case. The new global order is now multipolar and has officially been since 2022. It’s been three years and America, and the U.K. are still failing to accept this undeniable fact. People are talking, businesses across the world are talking, and this means countries are talking; especially countries that have historically been shut out of geopolitical conversations for over 70 years. This is evident within the Sahel region of Africa and the ousting of the French, China and how it’s now dominating the technology and infrastructure sector, the significant growth, development, and expansion of BRICS, the upcoming growth and development of CARICOM, Ansuallah and their defiance of both American exceptionalism and Israel’s illegal occupation and their genocidal war on the people of Palestine, Russia’s arctic exploration and gas, oil, and LNG mining goals, and so much more that didn’t necessary exist 5 years ago to the scale that it does today.

President Trump had a golden opportunity this past week to demonstrate his understanding of the multipolar world we are now living in and take the lead by showing how to negotiate with Ansuallah (Houthis) and put steps in place to end the fighting in West Asia. But he and his administration's hawkish stance on Ansuallah and Iran has done nothing but accelerate the timeline for a direct hot war with Iran to occur. Think about it, if Iran's Supreme Leader dies for whatever reason, the next Iranian Supreme Leader may take an even more hawkish/non-tolerance/anti-American stance toward America and the Collective West.

Our prediction at VEDA Communications is that world multipolarity will continue to expand and so will its influence along with its complexities; and if America and the Collective West fails to respect these facts and learn to coexist and apply the correct diplomatic strategies, America and the Collective West as we know it today will not only fall behind in terms of relevance, but will be no more than a shadow of its former self – much like Britain is as of now.
