TRUMP BULLISH ON STUDENT LOAN SEIZURES

There's a lot that can be said about the Trump Administration's policy toward the millions of people in America that are feeling trapped when it comes to their student loan repayments. It was reported that there's roughly 42.7 million Americans that have student debt and out of that there are well over 5 million borrowers that are either behind in payments or are currently in default.  According to the numbers, the total cost owed by student loan borrowers stands at $1.777 trillion. For many Americans while America was busy giving over $80 billion dollars to fund Ukraine’s losing war against Russia, not including the $100's of billions sent to other nations and companies. That same money could have been used to bring debt relief to those same millions of Americans who owe student loans.

The average wage for the average American is currently estimated to be $63,795 while the median wage is lower standing at $59,384. To put this into perspective, the average student loans debt is roughly $38,375 which is more than half of the earnings of the average American that owes. With the Trump's Administration being bullish on not only demanding but threatening to “seize” student loan payments for borrowers via wage, pensions, and tax garnishments, it seems to not only put Americans on edge, but it seems to be backing Americans into a corner that if the pressure from the Trump Administration becomes too heavy will “break and crush” the average American socio-economically.

It has been our position at VEDA Communications that student loans debt is the greatest threat to American national security because if the American people have nothing left to lose, then they will “lose it” from a mental health perspective. It's been long understood that when people are in psychological distress in combination with being socio-economically compromised, that is when crime tends to occur. What crimes tend to be committed can vary from prostitution, to theft and robbery, embezzlement, fraud, human trafficking, civil disobedience and unrest, and even murder. Keep in mind that Maslow Hierarchy of Needs will be met at all cost and according to what many, the Trump Administration, although well intentioned, is fostering the environmental conditions for mass crime to occur. Remember, good intentions often have the opposite effect.

With the American economy currently in the toilet and American workers and businesses either being laid off in mass or being forced to close their doors; the conditions are becoming ripe for nefarious individuals to come to prominence. There is a growing consensus that the best thing the Trump Administration can do is allow Americans the opportunity to discharge student loans through bankruptcy and or hold off on the collection of student debt for the foreseeable future until the American job market and economic conditions have become stable. But in the words of President Trump: “you gotta take your medicine”.

The question that is being asked right now by all Americans is: “What happens when taking your medicine becomes the poison that kills you?”. The Trump Administration's “socio-economic chemotherapy” seems like a race against time to see which will kill you first: the bullish ambition to “seize” student loan payment at any cost or student loan payments themselves in conjunction with a crashing economy. Remember the american government bailed out the American auto industry, many americans think it's about time the american government bailed out its own people.
