Many people around the world are not only getting more angered by the actions of Israel when it comes to its genocidal campaign against the Palestinian people in Gaza, but many people around the world are demanding that someone with a formidable fighting force militarily intervene on the behalf of the Palestinian people. For quite some time it seemed as if the Yemen fighting force Ansarallah known by the Collective West as the “Houthis” has been the only group protesting via para-military action in West Asia. Now that looks as if Ansarallah may not be the one’s any longer.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Prime Minister of Türkiye, which has the second largest fighting force in NATO, is a robust military force that consists of over one million service members that stand at the ready to engage Israel if Prime Minister Erdogan gives the order. To date Türkiye has already ended all trade agreements with Israel over their genocidal war against the Palestinians. However, even though Türkiye ended all trade relations with Israel, it’s proven to be a failure in encouraging Israel to stop its war in Gaza. One of the biggest reasons for this is because America and the Collective West continuously sending aid in the form of weapons and money to Israel.
But the question that’s being asked is why now? Why wait well into the second year of the war to possibly intervene? There's no clear answer to that question. However, given the recent attacks on the southern border town of Golan Heights in Lebanon this past weekend which resulted in 12 people killed and at least 30 people wounded; maybe the answer could be found there. When it comes to this attack, on one hand Hezbollah is claiming that Israel is responsible for that attack due to a failed rocket. On the other hand, the Israeli’s are blaming Hezbollah for this attack. But the one thing that is constant besides both sides blaming the other is that Israel illegally “occupies” the land within Syria since it was annexed by Israel in 1981, 14 years after what was known as “The Six-Day War” (1967).

Türkiye does have somewhat of a history intervening in wars, but unlike the United States who intervene in war for profit and for the upkeep of division between countries; Türkiye tends to intervene to provide peace, stability, and security. This is not to make the Turkish military out to be some kind of humanitarian savior because all militaries are used to protect the interest of their respective governments. However, Türkiye tends to err on the side of peace when it comes to military interventions. Truthfully, although it seems like a noble measure of Türkiye intervening on the behalf of the Palestinians; Türkiye ‘s actions run the risk of widening the war in West Asia.
With Israel massacring the Palestinians in the name of “ridding the world of Hamas”, along with getting into skirmishes with Ansarallah, and now launching attacks in Lebanon against Hezbollah. Israel is doing several things. First, it’s alienating itself from the rest of the world. Secondly, it’s putting itself in a corner to fight a four-sided war. This is important to know because when Israel simulated getting attacked by multiple armed groups on multiple fronts during its war game – it was determined that Israel would lose. Thirdly, Israel has successfully aligned itself in the crosshairs of who it determines to be “enemies''. From Gaza’s Hamas to Yemen’s Ansarallah, to Lebanon’s Hezbollah, to Iran, and now Türkiye; if Israel keeps going in the direction it's going, there will be no Israel.
